I don’t think you can add anyone until you have a game on there xD There are a few free ones like Team Fortress 2, so just download one of them. I’ll add you now

I suggest you join our steam group. “Project City Build (PCBminecraft)” You should be able to search for it within steam very easily. Just use the search bar.
Thats what I was told when I got steam anyway, I didn’t try adding anyone though, as the reason I got it was so someone could gift terraria to me xD
