Dragon said if you screwed up again you would remain banned. So it seems you will remain banned. And your account is your responsibility.

I was receiving notifications for quite some time from niko12099 that you were messaging him claiming to commit crimes and/or performing them. Then you log off and i get a report that you’ve damaged somebody’s house, and i find logblock evidence. Your account is your responsibility, and i’m not convinced by your story thus far.
