[size=small]After a long hiatus from the server and Minecraft in general due to loads of college related work and alot going on with my social life, I have finally caught a break with Spring Break next week.
[size=small]To kick it off, I would like to have the Rancho map completely cleared for my newest project.
LOS ANGELES
[size=small]No, not Rancho Cucamonga, Forsyth, Blue Diamond… Los Angeles.
[size=small]Why?
[size=small]I would like to make a city that takes all the great things about Rancho (Rules, residency, realism) along with the things I’ve learned in 2015 and apply them to a new city.
[size=small]Los Angeles won’t just be BASED on LA, I will try my best to make it look VERY similar to LA, at an approximately 1:5 ratio. [size=small]So no random modern houses, no ocean east of the city, and no tolerance for out of place builds.

[size=18pt]Finally, realism to the core! The work we've learned in Rancho Cucamonga will now be brought to this new city.
Although, I thought we were building real builds in Rancho from the start. For example, my US Bank Tower built to scale in Downtown Rancho was my replica of the real skyscraper. Fili, will some builds in Rancho be brought into Los Angeles? If so I'd greatly appreciate it.
My opinion on the builds in Rancho would be 8/10. Now I'm not saying this because the builds are bad, I'm saying this because of how Rancho resembles its real life counterpart, Los Angeles. The reasons of why Rancho doesn't resemble Los Angeles is pretty much summarized by Fili's reason. The modern houses, the out of place builds, and the ocean, east of Rancho. Also, I'm sorry to say this, but I don't like "modern" houses.

[size=18pt]The "modern" style builds I see are usually blocks. Sorry, but that's what I think of what style of build people prefer today. Kinda like how players of PCB don't like Comic Sans MC. I don't usually judge on people's builds, because my preferences are far different than many other players' on Minecraft, and PCB.
