Why is lisahays not the one appealing?
You shouldn’t be appealing for your friend- they should be appealing for themselves.

Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see this appeal getting accepted.

No its my account, i used both for differing reason, mostly so i could use one for my personal use and the other i use for miscellaneous reasons.
