you were banned by me; And there is evidence that you had edited a tower in Kanata without permission from any of the city staff. care to add anything on?

EDIT: seeing as it was a small act i am willing to forgive you and unban you, however im not sure that you were apologetic fully as you just rushed to get unbanned.

A part of the tower was edited with your name on, and many random blocks were found. however seeing as this was minor and this was your first offence i will be letting you off today with a warning on NOT to do it again.
