Reason for Ban Everybody that day was building airports. So went to the city of Gibraltar to build one myself. I went to Gibraltar because the real life place interests me. Since there was Iceland flags al over the place I decided I would represent my own countries by putting Ireland flags down. I don’t know the staff who banned me because I went to log onto the server and it banned for building in gibraltar with out permission.
Reason to be Unbanned I had no idea you had to ask to build in the city of gibraltar. Before i started to build the airport I asked: “Who is the mayor of gibralter”? So I could ask them if I could build an airport, and the answer was… “I don’t know”. I figured that the modern airport would be a nice touch to Gibraltar. I geuss the owner thought otherwise! XD

Banned by Me. I’m in class right now. I’ll unban you in a couple of hours when i’m available.

Keep in mind that a city is the property of someone, and that building in it is modifying their property. Doing that without permission is essentially a form of grief. Since all you did was build without permission it was a fairly minor offense, so i’m willing to let you off without any long-term penalties this time around.

The mayor of Gibraltar is VRA, for future reference. I know it was an accident, but remember that ignorance does not equal innocence. It’s always good to read the rules before entering a town and building there. Usually, towns will have a board in the warp area or town hall showing the owner/mayor, so please look there in other towns. If no name is present, then it’s their fault ;D

Please ensure you take the time to READ & AGREE to all rules when you warp somewhere. Don’t just waltz off and do what you like. The signs are there for a reason, they are not there for decoration.

Gibraltar has a rule board and states the city owner directly in-front of the warp position. It is also stated that you MUST seek build approval from ‘VRA’, before building. In general this is not only a rule of Gibraltar, but a rule of the server.

I am sick of people claiming that they ‘didn’t know’. As it has been said many times ‘ignorance does not equal innocence’. This is not something that only applies to PCB but in the rest of life.

I am happy for Kerry to be unbanned on this occasion. If the same offence was committed again in the future, I would expect harsher penalties.
