My name is Jack, and I was banned on the fifteenth of December for using a hacked client: Wurst. The mods discovered this when I used it as evidence to incriminate a hacker on the server, however, I had not maliciously used the client save some cosmetic cheats. I have since deleted the tools. This is not my first ban, and I’d like to not be misleading. I’ve had 3 bans beforehand. My first ban was shortly after I joined the server in 2014. I was abusing redstone & dispensers to create TNT (which didn’t work btw), and Anth banned me. This was resolved within a day. My second ban was essentially a court case consisting of me vs. MattDB. My offense were: breaking and entering, minor griefing (see aforementioned breaking and entering), and unwanted PvP. This was resolved in one month. My third ban was leaving the server open to attack through my account, therefore making me liable for any and all actions incurred by the person who used my account. The person was using racially and sexually offensive slurs and harassing staff. I was banned for one week. Other ban appeals were made wither on accident or as a followup to these bans. Recently, or as recently as was possible, I have a new survival town in progress, and I’d love to be able to work on it again. More importantly, I’ve made a lot of friends over the 3 years or so I’ve been with the server, and I’d hate to see them go. I miss you guys. Alternatively, I understand the need for, persay, justice. I don’t really expect to be unbanned after just one month, but I dont see the issue in trying. Thank you, Jack |
