I tried to join the server but my game is in 1.14, and it said the server is outdated. Are you guys planning on updating the server?
We have to wait for Spigot and plugins to update to 1.14 which can take a while. Currently we are on 1.13.2. If you need help changing your Minecraft version to 1.13.2 check here.
