Just to begin with, be more sincere with your appeal, if you were banned for grief, you did grief.
You were banned by @Mannriah almost exactly an year ago for a grief in Clayton, a city wich one of the owners is SwimGirlForLife.

If I banned you for grief, there was either
a. a report from the town owner that you were not authorised to build there, or;
b. you built/destroyed something in a manner that it appeared to be intended to deface/destroy the appearance of the town.
However, as almost a year has now past, i’ll urban you. In future I suggest you clarify exactly what and where someone authorises you to build before assuming it is okay to do as you please.
