Ouhai has already fixed my inventory from the rollback, not sure if its related, but there u go.
just today, I went out of creative mode, only to have the inventory swapped with my survival one.
I lost: sharpness 4 unbreaking 3 sword
power 4, unbreaking 3 infinity 1 bow
efficiency 4 unbreaking 4 fortune 2 pickaxe
stack of coal
10 emeralds
stack of baked potatoes’
strangely, my armour was unaffected.
If possible, i wouldn’t mind my stuff back.
