As we set out to explore and conquer this new hellscape with technology and magic, some familiar yet different, some completely new, we must remember one thing.

STEPS TO INSTALL FUTILE EFFORTS;
Prerequisites:
- You will need to have twitch installed and up to date, also a twitch account.(https://www.twitch.tv/downloads)
- You will need to have a 64bit version of java installed.(https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=238729_478a62b7d4e34b78b671c754eaaf38ab)
- You will need 8gbs or more of ram, it can work with less then 8gbs but you might suffer from performance issues
Installation:

Start up twitch and head to mods, then minecraft. Make a new custom profile. Name it whatever. set version to 1.12.2. with a forge mod loader of forge-14.23.5.2837

launch the profile once to download random minecraft related things.

Unpack the download and copy all the files to your profile (cog wheel in twitch and select open folder, thats where you need to paste and overwrite all current files)

Setup profile options (in twitch and the gear in the top right and select profile options. Turn off ‘‘use system memory settings’’ and set the memory slider anywhere from like 6gbs-10gbs depending on your system memory

Launch the modpack, its a large pack so can take anywhere from 4mins to 15mins depending on your system, an ssd is recommended. Join the server using the ip; 51.91.36.76:25565
