I have been inactive for about a month, I was out of town for a week because of my fathers kidney transplant, and then I was in New York for about 8 days. I know I should let staff know before I take an extended leave of absence, but I was not given any type of notice from my parents. I am a donator, and when I logged on today, it listed me as guest. Fili told me to make a post and an SOP could help me, no real rush, would just like my rank back whenever! ;D Thanks in advance!
Sorry, we recently upgraded our ranking synchroniser on the server so that’s probably the result of a bug. There’s no consequences for being absent from PCB.
I’ll try to fix the problem
Edit: I’ve looked up your rank in-game and it appears to still be ‘Donator’. Is the problem that chat isn’t showing your rank?
