I was hacked and spent the last two days talking to technical support trying to get my account back the only reason i was able to get it back was because my banking information was still on the account.
I just tried to log on and It said I was banned for greifing. :(((

If i were you, id make a ban appeal (Ban appeal format) about this so the staff know, and you can get unbanned! I believe you honestly, i think your pretty chill and don’t cause trouble; and I’ve seen you in game. Hopefully the staff buy this (Even though its most likely true!). Ciao! ~Javi

I am not 100% sure of this story, as I just checked the last ip address that the server had you online at, and it is the exact same as your forum profile’s IP address. 70.50.93.134
Prob could have used my IP address if possible as a proxy or whatever?
Its highly unlikely someone would steal your account, mask your ip to theirs and then come on this server to grief just for the lulz of it.
Right, I was the person who banned you, so let’s deal with a couple of things.
[ol][li]It would be appreciated if you made a ban appeal thread. That way if (and you probably wont) you’re banned again we can see you made this appeal, where as this is probably off the records.[/li]
[li]You should probably post screenshots of the emails. If they contain sensitive information then use paint or whatever to black it out. You can of course send them to a staff member (preferably an SOP).[/li]
[li]This whole IP thing seems fishy. To use your IP they would have had to had used a device on your network. You’re saying that your Mojang account was hacked, this wouldn’t allow somebody to impersonate your IP. However, if they got into your account (and MrSkee, there is NO evidence of anybody actually using Heartbleed) it is likely you had some sort of virus on your computer, this could fake your IP[/li][/ol]

Looks pretty legit to me. However, I will leave this decision up to a more senior staffmember.

I don’t think we need an official ban appeal this time. This is due to his memorable name and the clarity with which he argued his case. The irony alone will make us remember if he gets banned again.
