Rawr! still wont let me in T^T
the day after i was last on minecraft suddenly doesn’t want me online anymore 
been trying everything but i suppose its about time i put something here… sorry red team T^T
keeps telling me the servers outdated o.0
so yeah…annoyingly might not be on till it decides to fix itself
Oh I know what’s wrong. You are probably running 1.6.4 and the server doesn’t run on 1.6.4, so you’ll have to put it back to 1.6.2. When you open up Minecraft go to the bottom left of your page and click edit profile. Near the bottom of it, it should say use version and click 1.6.2 and then click save profile, then launch minecraft. And then you should be good to go!

I had the same issue Silvie. I noticed once I saw the server in the multiplayer listing though. It shows the version number there and the MC menu window shows the version you are on. I was upset that MC updated without telling me! Thankfully, the launcher has made it easy to use older versions.
ah see that’s one of my problems, my MC never actually seems to pick up the multi-player server listings, i have to do it all by direct connect, explains why i couldn’t work out the problem
