Could be your client, I noticed you limited the screen shot to just the chat. Do you have some sort of client that has a ‘aura hit’ hack on it to cause this? You did say it only happens when he stood near you.
Nah, I don’t have anything installed for Minecraft, aside form Minecraft itself. I don’t even use a texture pack, or whatever else there is. That’s why I’m curious as to what happened.
