The server shut down- normal when i spawn back i die for no reason

Iron helmet- Unbreaking 3
iron chestplate- Protection 1
Iron leggings-Protection 1
iron boots- protection 1
10 cokked steak
23 cooked pork chops
53 cooked fish
and 23 lapiz
I would like these things back ASAP
