I have been off the server for just a hour or two then I cant stop getting logged off, even though it said it was online. I cant use anything without lagging and logging out.

Sorry ian, it seems we have recently gotten a bug with one of our plug-ins. It is causing the server to crash and we may need to wait for updates for it to be stable again.
_Specialk has been restarting the server as it crashes at the moment. He will get to it.
