How to make automatic server messages?

Ive seen on the PCB 1.5 Backup server that the Server console makes automatic Server messages.

Im running a vanilla server for my friends to play on and i would really want to know how. Sorry for posting this in the wrong section but I cant seem to post anything in the tutorials/help section :confused:

I know for classic the announcement is a file you can edit. For survival, I expect it to be similar, or you need a third party program to aid you. We use McMyAdmin and I believe the option is listed in that program.

It is. Special has all of the broadcasts and server messages auto-playing through the console.

That is correct. If you’re using Bukkit there’s also plugins that can do this.

Vanilla on its own unfortunately cannot.
