help me! :,( (stuck in a stronghold)

I found a stronghold in creative and fell into the end portal. When i go in, it tries to TP me back out but it TPs me back into the portal.
Can some1 plz tp me out? I can’t type a command or access my inventory since it keeps teleporting me.
