I’m guessing this is going to be denied. This is pretty much the worst appeal you could write.
It clearly states in the rules:

[li]No unwanted PVP[/li][/ul]
You did both of those.
Its not so much what he did here, as it’s his first offense, but rather I find this appeal is ridiculous because of his reason:
“I will help the world get better”
