I was thinking since its Halloween, that staff should host a little pumpkin building contest.
which every player can get a plot and build his own pumpkin ,and staff will choose the best ones and reward them . 
Maybe just the theme haloween? Not just pumpkins. I like this idea 
You don’t really need staff to organise this. You can organise it also. =)
