hi Legotrooper concerning our 2 lovely towns what does the parntner ship enclude (responsiblilities ect) because amphi said it was out of sight so therefore fine so how can u tell if we are in your territorey but anyway it doesnt matter just curious but wanted to know what the partner ship means to us before we completely agree
