:wink: Hello this topic is about griefers, i really think that all minecraft players know griefers. I will like to hear you’re sense about griefers.

the only reason there are griefing is because mama don’t wonna buy them the real minecraft. 8)

How To Eliminate a Griefer.

  1. Find A GreifHole
  2. use /b
    3.ban
    OR
  3. Find a Griefer.
    2.Ban.
    3.Jail
  4. taunt
    5.kick
    AND/OR
    ?. Hack Him Depending On Severity.

I disagree about your method of determining a griefer. Sometimes, something that looks like griefing, can actually be an honest mistake. For example, I recently found PuelNorNor’s name on some griefing, but realized that he was trying to see the inner path of the wires that were set up. Perhaps he did fix it after then later did an undo on himself (undoing his repairs too).

Ok, my steps to to determine griefing:

  1. Find A GreifHole
  2. use /b
  3. use /whowas (name) - to determine the reputation of the individual. If they logged in once, then it is not much loss to ban them. I you see they have a big track record, analyze the situation more carefully.
  4. use /undo (name) 5400 - and see if it fixes everything. I have found that the griefed building was theirs this way.
  5. /ban (name) - if you have judged against them.

OR if they are online:
Do many of the above steps to determine griefing first

  1. Find the Griefer.
  2. /Jail (name)
  3. /Ban (name)
  4. Confront them about it
  5. kick if they do not have a damn good reason. I give second chances fairly often, depending on the severity.

Remember to use /redo after an /undo if it turns out to be an accident or false claim.

When i first joined this server around christmas, my work was not griefed once, but i’v found over the last week a large rise in their numbers and i have had my work griefed while i was working on it. yesterday i was griefed on the same building 3 times!

Hi Ouhai, just let an OP or admin know and they can ban the offender + undo their griefing

There have been a large amount of guests online recently, which means more griefers, i had to replace about 4 buildings from the museum, as i couldn’t undo far enough :confused:

If you can’t undo far enough on something, we need to post it here somewhere. If you post the name of the person, we can undo all.

Please keep Andy or I updated. I think we should start an new thread for such a service. Now how to keep track of finished ones?

Well. I volunteer to undo em all, if that’s the case then others won’t be bothered to check which ones have not been done.
