The Goverment wants to make it illegal to watch things online… I smell a revolution. This might be one of the dumbest bill they have ever put up… People who are in the goverment men or women should not mess with the internet…

To be honest, I would not be surprised if this passes. Another stupid law got put in effect in Tokyo Japan at the start of this month. A semi-ban on any manga/graphic novel that includes sexual themes. It must now be placed in the porn section. The problem is, the bill is vague as hell as to what they consider to be bannable. Bah! Good shows like Kare Kano or Evangelion would count as porn.

More and more Draconian laws. We are living in a police state right out of 1984. We should focusing more on locking up violent criminals then innocent content streamers.
I don’t what to go to off topic but this is the sad state us Americans are living in.(and to a lesser extent Britons, Australians and Canadians.) All of our freedoms are slowly being stripped from us in the name of security.
Handicapped Elderly women are being strip searched by the TSA. Mothers are being arrested for filming police brutality.
It’s ridiculous and none of it will change unless you do something about it.

And now, for teachers and others working in care, retirement age has been raised to 66, from 60, and their pension is lowered. Who would you rather be taught by? a 66 year old who doesn’t want to be there, and has old fashioned methods, or a enthusiastic younger teacher? This also means less jobs for anyone wanting to enter that area of work.

Bill S.978 I?ve received a few emails about Bill S.978, a new bill proposed in the USA, which would make it illegal under certain circumstances to share videos of copyrighted materials over the internet. The problem is that it appears to also make it illegal to upload videos of games, such as let?s plays and speed runs. If the bill passes, I suspect many game companies (including us) will add a special clause to the TOS specifically to allow posting videos of their games. A huge part of why Minecraft has grown so fast is the YouTube community.
