As soon as i get promoted to mayor, Halcyon looses its warp. Wow just Wow. Why did we loose our warp is what i want to know.

Also, you didn’t have enough decoration buildings.
You had a hospital, the town hall and a blacksmith.
Due to people living in apartments, you needed another 2 or 3 decoration buildings.
I was told shops count as decoration buildings
It depends if the shop actually is functional. As in the sense of if the shops sells items or if someone is living in the building.
