Reason for Ban building without perms
Reason to be Unbanned i was new to the server and had no idea about this rule. because i had the option to build i thought i could go of and build. i started a little city next to woolys city. i thought to remember that wooly was at my city and he said well done good job. but i was not sure if it was him that made that comment. sorry for the misunderstanding but i was not aware of this rule. regards Ghost Sh1fter

Seeing as though wooly is now inactive, this will probably be up to a SOP to call. @Wairoa @PrinceMark @madant79 @Ouhai_Ruby are probably the ones to comment.

I think @wooly19 is still lurking so he will probably comment.

However Ghost I talked to you and you said to me that Wooly told you you could build there… Why didn’t you just tell me the truth?

This statement is not true and therefore you lied to staff and I DO NOT like liars.

Please refer to the section of server rules titled BUILD GUIDELINES and tell me what it says. (heres a copy for you)

The following are rules to be followed when building.

  1.   Do not build in towns without permission.

· This rule still stands if the owner of the town has been banned.

  1.   Build towns a reasonable distance from each other.

· A ‘reasonable distance’ is generally out of sight from each other at a 16 chunk render distance.
· Exceptions may be made where 2 towns have started this distance apart and grown towards each other.

  1.   Exercise common sense.

· This means, for example, don’t build your base next to another player’s base without 1st asking.

@wooly19 Can you please wrap this up? If you’re gonna ban people right as you say you’re leaving, you should either leave the banning to someone else, or at least stay until everything has been settled.
