I just thought I’d make this thread to clear things up.
My first issue is activity. I’ll pop in when I think about it, but when I do, it’s never anyone I want to see. It’s always some guest and a handful of members I’ve never seen.
My second is chat. Whenever I do come on, there is always chat harassment. It’s always porn talk or making fun of others in a sexual way.
My final is that the server isn’t FUN to me anymore, really only Classic. Classic is fun and all, but only 3 or so people who actively play SMP/CMP also actively play Classic.
In conclusion, THAT is why I am no longer active on the main server. If I could actually DO something about some of this, mainly the chat issues, I might become more active.
If there’s “chat discussion” that you aren’t okay with, it should be your duty to report the players who are involved doing so and how it may either be breaking the rules, harassing you in particular, or is related to spam. If you don’t feel a full out report is needed, then just type “/ignore Playername” It will do you wonders.
Tis true that FTB has taken all my free time lately. Been a long time since MC has addicted me like this. So, Cherry’s advice is probably best. If you see chat issues, report it and we can help then. Otherwise, join us in FTB?
