Forsyth City as most of you know was a major failure. It was ugly, a clusterfuck of buildings in general, and was built on a cliff and near already populated areas which made it essential to annex both Paradise Falls and Salmon Street.

But…

FORSYTH IS BACK! AND MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE!

I took the chance to learn from my mistakes that I made in Forsyth that people didn’t like and their opinions, and have now made a beautiful reborn Forsyth Version 2. It has PLENTY of things in it that the old Forsyth had and more! Its doing great so far, and I plan to make it the biggest city in the map.

RULES:

  1. No Griefing
  2. Do Not Be A Dick
  3. Listen to the Mayor (Me)
  4. No Mining/Basements, These are only allowed in designated areas.
  5. There are no taxes, but if road construction, sewage, or utility work has to be done on your street or property area, or any kind of repairs, you must fund the project.
  6. NO ADDING ON TO A CONDO WITH ADDITIONAL ROOMS OR EXTENSIONS.
  7. No building within an eyeshot of the warp destination unless you bought the land.

And I think these prices are a bit over… priced perhaps if you made them 2,000 to keep the home instead of 2,000 each real life 2 days?

You OWN these buildings when you pay the amount… That would be gay if you had to pay that amount every 2 days, YOU KIDDING ME?

But with condominiums, you own it but cannot add on to it or add basements like a house so its a less desirable alt. to buying a house.
