For Sale, Prospective Town

I began work on a town that I intended to call Crescent, however I finished the first giant house and it’s not really what I had in mind for the town. I can’t be bothered to demolish the house, and I thought someone else might like it and want to either live in the country or continue the town.

It includes; lovely spot for a town; giant house with exterior completed, interior untouched; flattened plateau for town hall and staircase. See screenie.

It’s located at -2789, 64, 5070.

Price? I’m thinking say $300, but make me an offer.

Thats a nice house but I dont know if I would call it a town. It’s really just a house and part of a road so I would say $150? I dont know if I really want a house in the middle of nowhere though are there any towns next to it?
