Sorry im not involved in this but whether if it was his brother, gaben or yoda, he is responsible as it is his account.

Also, he could have found out how to do it himself. And I cannot reiterate this enough:

YOUR account. YOUR responsibility.

We do not care if he did it, or his mother. The problem is that his account was used to do it.
