I wish i could elaborate more but i went offline 11/24/10 and came back to find out i was banned. i have never griefed and i visit every other day.

Sorry, I have no idea why you were banned. Unless an OP speaks up as to why, I vote for a second chance.

Not to complain but i thought this process usually takes 24-48 hours. :-\

Also I was not Adv.Builder when i logged off nor had i requested to be one. Strange.

(not that i want it taken away or anything ;D .)

Was not me. Additionally, I have not banned anyone above the rank of guest to this date

Well, since no one from the prosecution’s side has spoken up, the defense wins this case.

You are right about 48 hours being more than enough time. I have already unbanned you and set you to builder rank as an apology.
