To all Magistrates of the Farcoastian Empire:
Narfin has recently offered to construct a subway/sewer network within the Empire.
I am granting him authority to perform these constructions within Farcoast Proper, but all provinces may individually choose whether or not to allow this project to enter their province or not.
Here is a list to keep tabs on what provinces the system is currently planned for:

Sure I don’t care as long as i get to choose where the tunnel goes when it heads to Orlaith. ;D

I edited mine to a yes. If i could be more active i would love to help with this system. However i am kinda stuck with this other stuff i gota do in school. Sorry.

Yeah sure why not. As long as I have complete and utter control of station designs in my deserty place. I’ll mark where I want it to head to when i get online.
