The Farcoastian Empire is a nation consisting of various provinces, which strives to create a safe and productive environment for it’s citizens. We have huge lots of open land for construction, and are always expanding.

The Farcoastian Empire will work with anyone to coordinate use of resources. The lands of the Farcoastian Empire are protected by the Farcoastian Army (FCA). To join the FCA, simply contact Metazealot, Darksniper280, or Sirryan688.
Provinces within the Farcoast empire are divided into two categories of autonomy: 1st Class Provinces and 2nd Class Provinces. Anyone who becomes a resident of a first class province will automatically gain citizenship within the Empire. In any other territory you must apply for membership in order to build. 2nd Class Provinces graduate to 1st Class Provinces when deemed developed enough by the Emperor.

Within the nation of Farcoast citizens should abide by standard PCB rules. The only exception is when military effort is deemed necessary by the Farcoastian Government. Economic development is encouraged. Farcoast has tons of unmined and useful land. If you want to make a project within our territory, contact any of our upper-ranking members.
Also, donations are graciously accepted to the Government, as we are always working to organize new constructions and projects to help defend and improve our nation.

Note: Currency-based Taxation has been dissolved within the Farcoast Government. However, any supplies are still wholesomely accepted, and purchases made at my store will support our Government’s Budget. The Military can currently make excellent use of:
Cobblestone Coal Advanced Food Stock (We have melons covered, but can use meats.)
Wood Any weapons-grade and armor-grade material.

Farcoast News September 8th, 2012:
Magistrates established in many provinces.
Road network under construction to unite provinces and outposts alike (See Robin_Hoodlum for questions about the road network)
Population has hit 19! Good job Farcoastians for bringing in new people :stuck_out_tongue:
Military Stock has abounded in weapons and food stocks thanks to Ouhai_Ruby,
but we can still use more Cobblestone.
The Farcoastian Army is proceeding to construct more pre-designated outposts in several of our new Provinces
Note to province names:
Snow biome south of Farcoast: The Winterlands Province
Desert Biome Southeast of Farcoast: Dunethresh Province
Jungle Biome East of Farcoast: Jun’gard Province
Snow Biome south of the Winterlands Province between the two rivers bordering a plains biome: Caprica Province
Snow Biome pinensula by Jun’gard : Frostip Province
These are the areas currently in the dominion of the Farcoastian Empire. Citizens may feel free to build within any of this territory and may still call on FCA assistance within this area.

Id like to take Outer Farcoast. The range that I will take is the really cliffy area outside the “Wall of Farcoast”. The Extreme Hills area is mine now <3 As for a province name, does Hilltop work?

Outer Farcoast is not an actual Province. It is a regional designation within the actual Farcoast province, and is subject to direct imperial rule. Also, All provinces within (and slightly beyond) our annexation goals have been seated with Magistrates, so we don’t need any more provincial rulers. You could discuss a trade-off if somebody doesn’t really want the job as much as you in another province, but Outer Farcoast is not a province up for grabs.
I am also saying that I would like to place a limit on Farcoast’s territorial expansion for now into other “provinces”, because we’ve kinda already claimed a crap ton of space and I can’t really forsee needing more in the near future.

Farcoast News September 16th, 2012:
Modified provincial structure to a 1st class- 2nd class system.
2nd Class Provinces upgrade to 1st Class Provinces once they have developed a central infrastructure and accumulate a modest population.
Caprica has become the first to graduate to 1st Class Province Status, and thus anyone who becomes a resident of Caprica will automatically be granted citizenship within the Farcoastian Empire.
Congrats to Robin_Hoodlum for excellent work as Magistrate of the Caprica Province.

Sunday, 16 September 2012:
There was a battle today in the Caprica province and on the Dunethresh-Glacialis southern border.
Mrcoconut, banned from Caprica, proceeded to make war upon the Farcoastian Empire by himself.
An offensive line was erected across the river from his home, and bombardments proceeded upon the “fryer city” burrow until Mrcoconut proceeded to antagonize Caprica itself again. The FCA reported to Caprica and defended it several times from Mrcoconut, who appears to have dealt no permanent damage. This victory for the Farcoastian Army was finished with the local police force, Op90, ordering the FCA out of the city to retain regional security.
Good work all members of the FCA on the defense of the Empire!

Note: MrCoconut is now declared an enemy of state, and will be prevented from entering Farcoastian lands by force until further notice. This order is specifically repealable by Robin_Hoodlum if he repeals his ban of MrCoconut from the Caprica Province.

Postnote: Forces of the FCA will not show any aggression to Fryerian forces, and should attempt to refrain from violence unless necessary.

I am requesting permission to make a series of underground tunnels and passages to function as both a means of transportation and a sewer system. (yes, I know sewers are useless in MC) They will be low enough so as to not intersect with any possible basements or rivers. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

If there are no objections, I will start construction at the beginning of October.
