I believe the only people who can make admin shops are SOP+ anyway…
On the topic of permissions, for some reason SOPs don’t have permissions to check the plugins we have on the server, nor do we have any region commands…
I’ll reconfigure the plugin to allow building outside the market when 1.7 is put on the server.

I don’t think it would work. The market would then have literally no one going there and that would be unfair to people owning shops there. Maybe for donators+ though?
