Downtown Freehold Clearing

I, BroodingSet, has decided of expanding my Downtown district of Freehold southbound. But, there’s a problem, a decently sized hill is in the way of my project! Since I am a member, I cannot clear it with w/e. I need a staff member to clear out the plot of land to continue.
