I joined this server two days ago (I joined because I needed a server and my friend ISpeekToTrees is on here) I started to build FarCoast beside my friend, and started to make an entrance for me and him. I worked on it last night and during lunch today (Finally got the resources for it). I come back after school and Cherry Red/PrincessCherry banned me for “Punking :3” I talked to ISpeekToTrees and he said he messaged her, the second after he messaged her she left the server. I already submitted an unban request Any Idea why this happened? 
I don’t think it matters too much in this case ninja, as it’s a minor offence and he’s pretty much explained what happened. I’ll leave it up to Cherry what she does.
Anyway, players were complaining about you swearing and causing problems, although I wasn’t on to witness this. You later claimed you were from Machinima doing a “trolling video” and we apparently got “punk’d.” before you left; hence the ban reason.
I said for Cherry to go ahead with the ban if she wanted as you did just seem like a troll. I’d be willing to give you a second chance however, if Cherry is also.

Dude what? I swear to god I never said such things… What is going on… If there is proof I swear I will delete my acount from the forums and never go back on the server…
I wouldn’t doubt there is proof honestly. So don’t bet something like that 
If you’re really telling the truth then it’s likely someone in your house got on your acount and started talking on the server.
O.o your probably right… . That could be possible because my older brother is a pain in my side. 
I started walking back to my high school at 1:15 (Eastern Time Zone)(School ends at 2:50 15 min to walk back) so If its after that it’s not me… Does anyone know when this incident occurred?
If it was my brother, I am truly sorry for what he said/actions to this server. Hopefully this will never happen again.
I assumed it was something like that. It’s probably safe to assume Cherry will be okay with a second chance, but it might be best if someone speaks to her first (I can’t currently, so would appreciate it if someone gives her a quick message, or mentions it to her on the server), if she doesn’t reply.
If I’m correct, you will be unbanned soon, but in future remember whatever happens on your account is your responsibility, and you will not get another chance regardless of whether it was you or someone else on your account.

First off I don’t have much patience for people who have multiple others using their account. I have never supported letting someone from your everyday life play on your account unless you are right there over their shoulder monitoring or unless that person goes on servers you wouldn’t use.
But forgetting that, The first thing I get on I had a player message me that they felt you needed to be watched because you were cussing, pvp’ing and blowing things up (I’m not sure what, I’m just going by what I was told) so I let the concerned player that I’d keep an eye on you. After watching, I note the first thing that’s going on is that another player (different from the one that asked me to watch you) is killing you. At first I figured that I had the wrong player, but that was prooven wrong when that player stated they were defending themselves as they felt you were trespassing or threatening them.
After all this the next thing is you deny the fact that you may have cussed at someone directly and it seemed as if the other players that were online before me were in disagreement that you were lying about swearing directly. Say what you want, but I was just going by what others speculated of you and that leads up to the whole punk thing about being from machinima and all that. I certainly thought you to be troll, and just know if that other players aren’t comfortable with your presence then that really says something about you. Personally I don’t think you need a second chance, but unless you are absolutely sure that your “brother” didn’t cuss directly at someone then by every means I’ll be forgiving this once, but consider yourself lucky, I really cannot stand the whole blame it on other people for poor actions. From this ban I hope you have learned that only you are responsible for whatever happens to your account, and even though your “brother” may have caused this mess, just know now that you need to be more responsible for whatever damage is done with your account
