A mod that gives players the opportunity to use coloured light blocks would be really useful and create multiple building opportunities. If you don’t know what I mean by this, I found this mod http://www.9minecraft.net/colored-lights-mod/ . This may not be the best coloured light mod, but it is an example.
We generally don’t consider suggestions which involve mods, as this would require all players who wanted to join the server to have the same mods installed.
However, if you can find a plugin which does something similar, we’ll consider it.

Also don’t use sites like 9minecraft The official download source of almost all mods is CurseForge. Mods from other sources could contain malware or be for the wrong version.
