CMP Town [Needs an Official Name!]

I’m starting a town in Creative. I don’t know what I’m calling it yet, and it is not open yet, but I’ll let everyone know when it is. Currently, I’m working on town hall. Once that’s done, I’ll invite people to build. For now, I want name suggestions. Also, let me know if you’d be interested in building later!

Hey, I’d love to run it with you  What kind of city? Modern? Old-timey? Futuristic? That might help for deciding about names!

I want to do a mainly industrial/traditional/Victorian kind of city with a good bit of modern mixed in: also modern interiors in the older kinds of builds.

Well then end it with “-ington”.

Townington! :stuck_out_tongue:

[size=36pt]^ DO NOT DO THIS ^

(No to Willmington 2.0)

+1, because it’s not starting with Will.
Williamington, possible.

I’ve considered -ington. I don’t think Williamington is the best choice, simply because it doesn’t flow as well as I’d like to to, but I’ll keep it in mind. Any other suggestions?

@Amphitryon You can co-own the town with me. I’d be delighted.

Still working on names xD

Bump. I need to make an official forum post soon.

I’m thinking about possibly naming the city Arlington, but I want suggestions. Upvote any post with a name you like!

omg i used to live in Arlington, VA! That’s a great name lol

Do you just wanna do that, Amphi?

Sure!

The name has been decided!
Look forward to visiting the city of…

Town hall is almost done BTW!

Town with the same name as a war cemetery. Okay, sure… :stuck_out_tongue:

The prettiness of the town will make up for the name.
All SOPs and Admins (except sipjca (too inactive)) get a skull in town hall!

I mean, there’s a Ferguson as well… :stuck_out_tongue:

Mind you, the same name as many other things, including…

[ul][li]Historic house[/li]
[li]several US naval ships[/li][/ul]

The list is actually quite extensive:

Also, while you’re at it, might as well avoid all of these names in the future when naming towns: :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, it’s a rather common name, but a good one at that!

And my hometown
