[size=12pt]Arlington is a Creative town founded by MrFerf, and currently co-owned by Amphitryon.
Arlington is an upscale traditional/modern fusion town, meaning there are lots of old buildings, as well as some buildings, with lots of modern interiors with traditional elements.
In order to build in Arlington, you must be permitted by both MrFerf and Amphitryon. More information will be listed in the next post.
Please note: As Arlington is pretty new, the town, as of March 29, does not have a warp.

[size=12pt]As stated, Arlington is traditional and modern ONLY. For traditional builds, sandstone, bricks, stone bricks, and quartz are good materials. Modern is much more flexible.
In order to keep Arlington very pretty, only the best of the best on PCB will be allowed to build.

I would like you to be Trusted+, but if an amazing Member builder shows up, I will take you into consideration.
Sometimes, more than 1 building might be required to make our decisions.
Your build(s) must be appoved by both MrFerf and Amphitryon.

Hello Ferf. I would like to have a builder position in Arlington, and if there isn’t, I would still like to build in the town. I have been told by many that I am a great builder, and I am great at modern and traditional builds. I can show you some of my builds next time I come on.
