Ever felt bored because you weren’t in a town? Ever felt unaccepted by the community because you had no place to start building and show your talents? Well, you weren’t alone. Three of such players felt the same way and created Clayton - a freebuild city that maintains the quality of a restricted city while not being hostile to players who have no proper building skills.

The official goal of the city is “Freebuild with an system”. The Zoning Department of Clayton uses a plot system, with various plots dedicated to certain buildings. Districts are organised by the theme they are built in. Currently, the only building theme available is modern/suburban, but we plan to extend our hands to players better at other themes, too.
Clayton has clearly been successful - in just one day of existence, it has already had 2432 builds built in it - a great accomplishment for a PCB town.
[size=8pt]Quality control in a freebuild city?
While the six city owners have the rights to remove any build at their discretion, more often then not we offer to help with the builds - The Department of Maintainance, dedicated to improving builds that are lower quality or not fitting with the theme, will review any builds requested for removal or improvement.
[size=8pt]Dedicated government
The six city owners, and the ministers, are active players - and the government has a organised system, with multiple departments dedicated to various causes. Any player may help with any department, as long as they request to the minister of that department.
Anyone may join any of the ministries. Certain departments are lacking Ministers, because we are looking for suitable players for the position. For now, the duties of these ministries will be carried out by the owners.

The plots in Clayton are surrounded by wool. On one of the wool blocks will be a sign. This sign will tell you what the plot is intended for and should be headed “Clayton ZoC”. Players are reminded that the plot is just a border and their build can be of any size.

Among them, Silver, Mount and Mikk are the founding fathers.
