I have tried everything to get onto project city build classic but nothing works i have even tried reseting my inter net someone please helP!

It says can’t connect to server it’s probley down
ya when classic restarts and a person or people leave, its what i call a restart lag…someone could be there for hours and hours (not really but you know what i mean) and not get kicked. So then when they finally do, the server tries to restart but fails making our lovely classic not be up…
