I don’t think he understands. You need to be Trusted rank or higher to build in big city… which you aren’t. So you have to wait until you are, which will take an unforeseen ammount of time due to what Nek said in your last thread.
You have the right to build anywhere except for in Big City. You should be a Member since you signed up for the forums. Trusted rank is earned, not given.

Until Andy can figure out zoning within a zone, you will not have access to building in Big City.
