its still considered Harrasment, and i personally dont give a fuck who you are, or what your rank is, if it is a bannable offense, im holding people accountable for thier actions. i never planned on keeping you banned, but i would like to hear you out. enlighten me

As far as I am concerned, there is only two actions I have committed that could be labeled harassment.

  1. Requesting Yomi to try to keep chat to one message and the ensuing bickering.
  2. Placing three blocks of TNT in public places in SteamPunk.
    • The blast radius(of the accessible TNT), I would like to point out, would have done no structural damage to the city, only damaging some flat grass, which would be easily repaired.
      - Unless someone Trusted+ flew to the TNT on the blimp, there would be no possible way to detonate it.

but the point is, it was still there, after you threatend something that has taken her MONTHS of hard work, dedication and sweat into, to blow it up?

How is that acceptable?

now im not trying to beat a dead horse here, but that is the DUMBEST thing ive ever heard of a staff member doing, and as far as the chat goes, from what Namillos testimony was, you were a t-total ass to her!

What if this was someone else? we could loose people from your actions, and as ive said before, i believe Yomi has every right to distrust you

for all she knew, you coulda been planning to place more TNT and you either lagged out or had to go for something.

All im trying to do, is make sure you understand the reproccusions of your actions, and know that no matter WHAT your rank is, this is not acceptable.

So if that is the case then, why have you not re-banned _specialk for the worldedit shenanigan that he did to the swans as well?

Yomi was also trying to kill me even before she had discovered the TNT that was nary ten metres away. Had I the mind to, she could very well have been banned for Unconsented PvP. Did I? No. There is something we have called discretion. We are supposed to use it.

Yomi was pissed off, so I let her beat on me.

I have to say I’m quite disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled, and the fact that is came about in the first place. Try and think through things before making rash decision in the future - that’s aimed at all 3 of you, whether it be in game or dynamap chat, in game activities, or on the forums.
