It makes it sound less prying. A good example is this:
“How did you find us?” - Can be interpreted as - “Why are you here? Are you a greifer, you shouldn’t be here.”
“Just curious, how did you find us?” - Sounds more like - “I am interested to know how players find us, and why they decide to visit.”

Exactly Liam! I was also thinking along the lines Nek was. I was a tad worried that brothers would share the same account and one might do harm in the other’s place. It has been known to happen but I wanted to ask in a nicer way. Nek was to the point!
I really do want to know how people find us. It is interesting and shows how we might expect newcomers to find us in the future.
