Bioshock 1, 2 (+dlc) and Infinite (+dlc) are being remastered, coming September 13/15/16th for PC, XBox One and PS4. Infinite isn’t being remastered for PC because it’s already at the level they’re remastering 1 and 2 to.
If you own 1, 2 or 2’s DLC on Steam, then you’ll receive the remastered releases of the games you own. It’s a separate app on steam, so you can still keep the old version.
If you don’t own the series already, get them in the Steam sale. They’re well worth the money. The full remastered edition will cost $59.99.

On a separate note, System Shock (the game that inspired Bioshock and basically all sci-fi shooters) is also being remastered. It’s currently being kickstarted, and there’s a demo on Steam.
