I was talking with my friend and he said that we had to destroy his house because of city orders. I was destroying the waterfall catcher and a person tpa’d to me and I pushed him off a cliff on accident and he died.
Reason to be Unbanned
I was oblivious to the fact that I had to stop breaking my house because I had multiplayer chat’s opacity set to 5% because I find it soothing while I play my jungle music. I was also very paranoid from the admins and mods killing me so when I saw him I was jumpy and killed him. I am very sorry for this and when I am unbanned I will straighten up my act. Thank you in advance.

I had banned you, because of your way of dealing with said house. The house was not supposed to be on that cliff, since it had no permission to be there. However, your way of removing it was ridiculous. This “waterfall catcher” was broken first, which caused a, for non-Trusted+, hard mess to clean up, and we insisted on you stopping so that we could remove it properly. Dgeary46323, who had /tpa’d to YOU, so you knew who was coming, was then pushed off the cliff to his death, and then you resumed PvP with other members after picking up the items.
Seeing as he tp’d to you, and you saw he was only a member, you cannot say that you didn’t see that he wasn’t staff, so that in itself is a lie. Your actions were unneeded. And afterwards, you tried to bypass the ban by logging into an alternate account, which was IP banned. This itself was ridiculous. And to add on:

Saying this, you were willing to random kill a staff member, which is far from respecting them, yet another rule. I’m unsure if you should be unbanned. And to add on, no staff ever killed or harmed you. Other non-staff, who were nearby, would hit you(which I do not condone) out of anger, but no staff.
I was there with zak and i can confirm that benr was causing lots of problems while none of us were actually harming him. The only things we did, ben, was constantly tell you to stop doing whatever you were doing. Also, when you were supposed to be removing the catcher for the artificial waterfall that your friend created, you released the water into emmaapple’s town, supposedly to be funny. And if it wasnt to be funny, you constantly ignored us while we were telling you to remove the water FIRST before destroying the catcher. So either ways you were technically “water greifing” emma’s town. And that was on TOP of killing dgeary for no reason.
I would like to add that benr202 was banned, yet gained access to our server through an alternate account. This does show that he went against the ban’s ruling. This alternate account also was using Fly Mod, which is banned as well.
EDIT: The alternate account was dolphin82. I realized it was the same person, because of MrPeanutFree’s own admitting it a few days ago, and because dolphin’s IP matches benr.
It was also not staff killing you but I stopped you after you kept taking down the catcher and creating water grief while not listening to the other people telling you to stop.
It was to wake you up.
I said 24 hours, but considering that I checked his forum profile, and he hasn’t even been on since posting the appeal, he doesn’t seem to care too much about it. I gave him more than ample time to check the forums, but seeing that he didn’t, locked. He will remain banned.
