[size=12px]Hey! So I have seen a few “gay pride” “straight pride” “incest pride” threads and I have been thinking about this and wondering… "Why doesn’t everyone just be themselves and not worry about other people if it doesn’t at all directly affect them? So I found out this has been stagnant in popularity over the last 10-15 years. It’s called “BEING YOURSELF”.
[size=12px]Yeah I too was like what the heck could that mean? With all the posers and wannabe Pacsun wearing fakes walking around with their longboards and Vans, I think everyone has been so inclined to keep up with society’s image of being cool or fitting in.
This image really spoke to me. Purple being the official color of “BEING YOURSELF” and the white text color representing the average person being themselves.
Me being myself myself, I am not against being straight, gay, having sex with relatives, smoking crack, weed, meth, you name it. Becoming less and less popular as time goes on, being yourself is always a challenge for me but I find I’m the happiest when I leave others the fuck to do what they want if it doesn’t affect me and just being happy being me.
I’m 19, straight, Filipino/Irish, in college, drink alcohol, smoke weed every now and then, have had sex before marriage, masturbate daily…
All these threads judging others have caused a nuisance to those “BEING THEMSELVES”, what do you guys think?
Why don’t we who find being ourselves the best way of doing things take a stand?
Let’s see what you fuckers think.
