Well guys, it seems we may be switching back to McForge. McStorm seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet. The website is gone and I cannot find any info about its status.
Meanwhile, McForge has had several updates since the one we used and they say they fixed the problem we were having. I will get on this within the next few days. School first, right?
You guys won’t notice the change I bet. The two are almost the same in every way. Fatso may lose his console access though…

Seriously right? I can’t find anything on google nor on any forums of people talking about its disappearance. It’s very odd. I’m pretty sure it has been down for days at least.

Oh well. Back to original. I’ve never played on MCStorm but i’m sure there’s not much of a difference. I guess all’s well ends well.

IT IS DONE. Sorry about the delays everyone. I noticed no one was logging in despite McStorm still running. It was just giving me “No server to update on” messages. I assume this means it was not on the server lists then.
Anyway, I was able to log in and I believe I set everything to match as it was. There should be little difference. Let me know if there are any issues.
To all ops: undo doesnt work yet, Kyle is telling me that we will work on it tonight.
Yeah… Several things are broken and I don’t think they are my fault. I can save maps, and they create the files as they should, but /restore does not work at all. It just says “Level not found!”. This is stupid because I tried a completely vanilla instance and just saved main.
The error log I found seems to have been directing the file to someone else’s folders. Probably a developer’s. For now, I turned McStorm back on. I will keep working on this, but I need sleep and then school first.
Fatso, feel free to play with the new release on your PC. See what happens.

I would have posted had I a fix… For now, I am writing to the McForge developers in the hopes that they can fix it. For now, we are still on McStorm…
The undo is a known problem at the moment, it has happend in the past (hence the attempts at mcquai and mcforgebeta)
Just have to wait and see what they bring up.
