(I Banned you Today [Jul, 28, 2k14]) Banned or not, you shouldn’t be taking down someone else’s home without their consent, even if it’s your town.
Javi, from what I understand, this was done in his own town… as in his town, he can build destroy or break anything in it. If someone was living there but he didn’t want them to live there, and took down their house in his own personal town and his own property, then it is allowed since it is his property and he can do anything he wants with it. Unless I’m missing something here I think this was a misunderstanding of a ban and he should be unbanned since technically he has done nothing wrong.
Ninja, but I always thought you couldn’t take down someone else’s home even if it was in your own town? I’ve been told this many times before. Like if I suddenly didn’t like a person in my town I can’t just take down their house because they bought/built it and it would be their chunk of property.
Either that or if Alexzia just randomly built this on his land. If only he would reply sooner
UPDATE: I Spoke with him and he will receive a warning not to remove others homes without consent. This was dealt with on the actual server. Unbanned, locked.
