Hai there! I decided to make this post because PCB has many new ops and some of the full MC-players aren’t familiar with classic commands. I do not tell here basic OP commands like /ban etc. that everyone knows, im telling tricks that I myself have noticed to be pretty useful. 
Most of you probably knows most of these, but I hope that them still helps ya! 
1. When reviewing
1a. Sometimes, especially when reviewing builder+, buildings that you’re reviewing may be pretty big and you have to use /b many times. Then its easier to set static mode on with /zz and then type /b. (or use “/t b” for the same effect).
1b. When you’re reviewing a builder to adv, be sure to check out that he has been playing on the server at least for 3 days. (/whois)
1c. Be honest when you’re reviewing. If the building is horrible, don’t say that “its almost worth of your next rank”. That may cause that the player is placing one sofa and TV in that building and asks for review again. :-\
2. Banning spammers
At first you should use “/warn (name) NO Spamming”, if they don’t listen after that, use “/mute (name)”. After a couple of minutes, unmute them and say “Did you learn your lesson?”. The spammer will most likely say “Yes”. If they STILL don’t listen, you’ll have to kick them. Use “/kick (name) NO Spamming!” If they are a bitch, they’ll keep spamming. You’ll have to then tempban them for say, 1 hour. “/tb (name) 60”. If they’re still idiots, they’ll come back and spam more. Ban them “/ban (name)”.
Also, when you ban them just because he is spamming and not listening (not because griefing), you probably don’t have to undo them. That’s because he/she may have built something with some other players and if you undo him/her, their work would be ruined which may start a shitstorm.
3. Not sure what to do
When you’re not sure that should you kick (or ban) annoying player, remember that there’s always /warn. I have noticed that its a good choice sometimes.
4. When everyone is asking for your help…
When every goddamn player seems to need help and you’re the only staff around, don’t try to help everyone at the same time. Its a lot easier and faster to just help everyone one by one.
5. Lag
We all know how annoying it can be when you can see your post after 10 seconds when you posted it. If even /lowlag doesn’t help, you probably have to use /restart. But there’s always a risk that the server won’t come up again. So it might be better if you first check if Kyle8910 (the host) is in the forums or on Steam, and if he is, send pm to him to ask what he can do about it. And if he isn’t, well… good luck! 
Edit by Kyle: I suggest doing the /restart first anyway. It has been sturdy so far and if something goes wrong, I am often around. Especially on Steam as it notifies me instantly.
6. Ops without WoM
If you don’t have WoM, this trick may be useful: when you want to get up to high building’s roof, just make there a 2-blocks high hole to the wall. Then set your spawn point in that hole, replace the blocks and press “r”. Tadah!
